



Vestry Street
The scope of this $2.6 million NYDDC project focused on the Reconstruction and replacement of sidewalks, curbs and pedestrian ramps in Vestry Street, from Hudson Street to Varick Street in the Borough of Manhattan. The scope of work includes the restoration of roadway adjacent to newly constructed curbs.

Work Completed Includes:
- Installation of Type 1 standard and shallow catch basins and chute connections.
- Installation of manholes.
- Removal of trolley tracks and truss blocks.
- Construction of Cobblestone streets.
- Installation of 670 feet of granite curb.
- Installation of pedestrian ramps.
- Installation of 2,200 SF of 7 inch pigmented concrete sidewalks.
- Installation 3,650 SF of 4 inch pigmented concrete sidewalks.
- Rodent and water bug control.
- Utility work for gas main, electrical and communications.
- Replace Traffic and Street lighting.
